Nizar Allibhoy / Co-Founder
Mr. Nizar Allibhoy served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of ActiveMedia Group, a unit of ActiveVideo Networks since March 2007. Mr. Allibhoy was responsible for the development and support of programming solutions that allow network operators, content providers and advertisers to maximize the revenue potential of the ICTV ActiveVideo platform. He served as an Executive Officer of WorldWide Stage, Inc. He served as Chief Executive Officer of AccelerateTV. Mr. Allibhoy served as Chief Executive Officer of ClickStar, an online film distribution company. Prior to heading ClickStar, he spent more than three years as Vice President with Sony Pictures Digital, Inc., where his duties included interactive television, content distribution services and the development of its Digital Service Platform and Digital Distribution products. He also held positions at Time Warner Cable, Intertainer and other digital media firms.
Sabir Jaffer / Co-Founder
Sabir Jaffer started his hospitality management career in 1994 as General Manager of various hotel assets owned and operated by Westmont Hospitality Group. Sabir provides consulting and asset management services to a select group of investors and hotel owners under Merit Hospitality Services founded in 2003 as well as to Warnick + Company clients. He specializes in asset management and investment for hotels. He has a broad range of industry experience including general hospitality consulting, asset management, acquisition and disposition, market repositioning, and hotel operations. He focuses on formation of successful strategies with perspectives on customer retention, internal business controls, financial enhancements and innovation. Last year, as an asset manager he oversaw hotel assets with an estimated real estate value of more than $155m representing various ownership entities.
Mark Anderson / Board Member
Mr Anderson is the Chief Operating Officer of Gaikai, which owns and operates a cloud platform that provides video games and applications to various Web browsers, operating systems, and devices and is a subsidiary of Sony Computer Entertainment. As COO, Anderson oversees Gaikai’s operations, marketing and business development. In 2012 he led the effort to close the Company’s $380M sale to PlayStation. Prior to joining Gaikai, he served as COO of Fox Mobile Group Inc. and CFO of Sony Pictures Digital where he oversaw finance, strategic planning and corporate development.
Richard Warnick / Advisor
Mr. Warnick is the president and founder of hospitality advisory and asset management firm Warnick + Company and principal at the Montage Hotels & Resorts. Warnick has been involved in every aspect of the hotel industry, from operations and development to finance, brokerage and brand and business strategy. Prior to forming Warnick + Company, he was a principal at Laventhol & Horwath (L&H), an international accounting firm known for its expertise in the hospitality and real estate industries. He is also a principal in Montage Hotels & Resorts, a luxury hotel company which currently has five properties in North America. He is a past President and Chairman emeritus of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants (ISHC), a global organization of prominent hospitality consultants and is also a member of the Hospitality Asset Managers Association (HAMA). He sits on several boards and advisory boards including Trilogy Spa Holdings and Thayer Ventures, a venture capital firm focused on travel industry technology investments.
Matthew J. Hart

Mr. Hart served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Hilton Hotels Corporation from May 2004 to October 2007. He was responsible for all operational aspects of Hilton Hotels Corporation, including owned and managed hotel operations, franchising and brand development. He served as an Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Hilton Hotels Corporation from 1996 to 2004. Prior to joining Hilton Hotels Corporation in 1996, he served as a Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Walt Disney Company, where he was responsible for its corporate and project finance activities. He served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Host Marriott Corporation from 1993 to 1995. He joined Marriott Corporation in 1981 as Manager of Project Finance. Mr. Hart served as a Lending officer with Bankers Trust Company in New York from 1976 to 1981. He has been an Independent Trustee of American Homes 4 Rent since November 2012. He has been a Director at Air Lease Corporation since May 2010 and Great American Buy Group, Inc. since July 31, 2009. He is a Member of the Board of Directors of Heal the Bay, and a Member of The California Commission for the Economic Development's Entertainment and Tourism Advisory Committee. Mr. Hart holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from Columbia University in 1976 and a B.A. degree in Economics and Sociology from Vanderbilt University in 1974.
Yair Landau / Advisor
Mr. Landau is a partner at the venture capital firm MK Capital which pursues investment opportunities in the digital media, digital production and gaming categories. Before joining MK Capital, Landau served as Vice Chairman of Sony Pictures Entertainment and President of Sony Pictures Digital. During his 17-year tenure at Sony, he was integral in forming Sony Pictures Digital, which consisted of Sony Pictures Imageworks, Sony Pictures Animation and Sony Online Entertainment.
David Perry / Advisor
Mr Perry is the co-founder of the cloud-based games service Gaikai which sold to PlayStation in 2012 for $380 million. Prior to founding Gaikai, Perry founded Shiny Entertainment where he created games for many internationally known brands and companies including Disney, 7 Up, McDonald’s, Orion Pictures and Warner Bros. He has created dozens of successful video games including Earthworm Jim, MDK, Messiah, Wild 9 and Enter the Matrix.
